Remote Servers – Supplemental Terms & Conditions

vServices Ltd offers the remote server product, as listed on our Website, from our supply chain arrangement. We are providing resizable and scalable services interface to allow you to obtain and configure capacity with minimal friction. It gives you a complete control of your computing resources and lets you run on your computing environment. We provide a firewall protection and optional storage and connectivity capacity. Maintenance and management of the Operating Systems and software applications you choose to run on each of your computing environment are your responsibility. These Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with General Terms and Conditions, both of which apply and shall be defined as the “Agreement”. Where there is the conflict between these terms, most stringent shall take precedence. All prices listed on this page exclude/include VAT, charged at 20%. VAT may be subject to change depending upon your country of residence.
