Website and/or Mobile App design

Interactive Website or Mobile Apps are required these days for everything related to business development, communication or to stay in touch with family and friends in social media. vServices is an expert in Industry and understands your goals to achieve through your app or website. We will provide original concepts and strategic guidance from your initial road map, through app design, build and then taking your project to market. Upon receiving the Client wishes to establish an internet website or mobile App and to market or sell their products or services, vServices Ltd shall provide concept, delivery and necessary toolkit for marketing and maintenance. We will provide project design consultancy, project management, graphic designer, website designer, programmer, code writer and developer and hosting packages as agreed by Client upon the terms and conditions in the attached document herewith. vServices shall appoint the Project Manager or Point of Contact and make available the resources required by the needs of the Development Programme and advise the Client with progress accordingly. The Client shall ensure that vServices Ltd receives all information and documentation needed for proper performance of the Project and the Services at not greater than a week notice. The Client shall make himself available to review the progress of the Project and agree on a report of it. At the dates prescribed in the Development Programme, the Client shall commence the preparation of the Acceptance Tests. The Client grants to vServices Ltd a royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use the Client Content for the Project. vServices Ltd warrants that all works created in the course of the Project will unless otherwise stated in this agreement be original work and not subject to any intellectual property or other rights of any third party. The Client’s use and operation of the Website Design, Mobile App, Web/App Pages, Tool Kit or the Content delivered by vServices Ltd, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, shall not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. All services provided to the Client by vServices shall be provided in a timely and orderly fashion by skilled and experienced personnel acting with all due care and skill and in accordance with the best professional standards, current in the website design industry. The Client warrants to vServices Ltd that, so far as the Client is aware, vServices use of the Client Content in accordance with the terms of this Agreement will not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
